ICF Certification

What is ICF?

A nonprofit organization formed by individual members-professionals who practice coaching, including Executive Coaches, Leadership Coaches, Life Coaches, and many more, from around the world.

Formed in 1995, today the ICF is the leading global organization, with over 20,000 members, dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high professional standards, providing independent certification, and building a network of credentialed coaches. They exist to support and advance the coaching profession through programs and standards supported by their members and to be an authoritative source on coaching information and research for the public.

WHY THE CLEALL GROUP IS A MEMBER OF ICF

As the former owner of a successful global training consulting company and as a former Sales Executive, my clients were always interested in using ICF certified coaches.

This led me to Erickson College, a recognized ICF institute where I personally received my certification.

Today we attend monthly local meetings and global conferences to ensure we are current with both coaching and business issues.
ICF Credentialing

The ICF offers the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program, which has existed for more than a decade. More than 9,000 coaches currently hold one of three offered ICF Credentials.
The mission of the ICF Credentialing program is to:

Protect and serve consumers of coaching services
Measure and certify competence of individuals
Inspire pursuit of continuous development

The ICF Credentialing Program:

Establishes and administers minimum standards for credentialing professional coaches and coach training agencies
Assures the public that participating coaches and coach training agencies meet or exceed these minimum standards
Reinforces professional coaching as a distinct and self-regulating profession

Benefits of an ICF Credential:
